We have found most of our customers prefer the voucher style check. The check and middle stub go to the vendor. You retain the bottom stub for your records and either file it by date or staple it to the bill you have paid. The voucher style is also useful for payroll - providing employee with a copy of their deductions. Another new feature for QuickBooks 99 is the availability to print deposit slips. The computer prints all the detail of your deposit. Listing your clients/customers checks on the deposit slip. The top portion detaches (with your account # pre-printed). The bottom 2/3's lists all of your clients/customers with the detail amount for your records.
